Tribeca Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy concept designed to combine healthcare services, professional consultation and contemporary retail within a welcoming environment.
Located in the heart of Brooklyn, Tribeca Pharmacy was conceived as a contemporary community pharmacy that goes beyond the traditional dispensing model. Surrounded by schools, local businesses and residential neighbourhoods, the project aimed to create a trusted healthcare destination where retail, professional consultation and patient services are seamlessly integrated.
The challenge was to balance an elevated retail experience with healthcare functions, creating a space that communicates trust, improves customer orientation and strengthens the pharmacy’s role within the local community.
Our design approach is based on clear spatial organisation, intuitive circulation and operational efficiency.
A well-defined zoning strategy guides customers naturally through healthcare, wellness and retail categories, creating a seamless shopping experience while enhancing product visibility. Dedicated consultation areas reinforce the pharmacist’s clinical role, encouraging personalised advice and strengthening the relationship between healthcare professionals and the community.
Behind the retail environment, the layout efficiently connects the customer-facing areas with the operational workflow, improving service quality, staff efficiency and the overall pharmacy experience.
Central system designed to improve product visibility and guide the customer inside the pharmacy. The RAL System® 8.2 gondola allows flexible configurations and optimizes sales thanks to integrated communication.
One® System is an innovative solution designed to create dedicated consultation environments inside the pharmacy, without structural work. It allows dynamic and multifunctional spaces to be organized while maintaining display continuity and improving the customer experience.
