San Leo Pharmacy is a multi-level pharmacy design project that transforms the pharmacy into a complete ecosystem of retail, consultation and healthcare services.
The challenge was to organize a wide pharmacy on multiple levels while keeping the customer journey simple, readable and intuitive.
Each department had to be clearly recognizable, with strong focal points, dedicated service areas and a balanced relationship between public spaces, operational zones and professional environments.
The pharmacy also needed to increase the visibility of its specialist services, guiding customers naturally through different areas without losing clarity or continuity.
The multi-level pharmacy design strategy creates a contemporary format organized across three levels.
The ground floor is dedicated to welcome, self-service and high-traffic categories. The first floor expands the role of the pharmacy with areas for nursing services, self-analysis, telemedicine, spa, orthopedic healthcare, gluten-free products, training and laboratory activities. The basement supports logistics and back-office operations.
The layout improves navigation through focal points, strategic stops and a clear hierarchy of display areas. Materials and colors recall nature and wellbeing, while lighting, communication and custom furniture create a distinctive, welcoming and highly functional environment.
The result is a pharmacy designed as a complete healthcare destination, where customer experience and operational efficiency support each other.
